First and foremost make sure you have your account backed up. Part of the appeal of Cryptocurrencies like BitCoin is that it is incredibly secure. If you lose your log in information there is nothing we can do to help you. Make sure you have your recovery questions set up.

As soon as you’ve secured your login information and your recovery questions are set up we are ready to work without worry of losing access to your funds.

We can start by trying to debug they system.

  1. hit the menu button on the bottom right of the screen
  2. click on the picture of gears
  3. Scroll all the way down to the bottom
  4. click “Debug”
  5. click “Clear Watcher Cache”
  6. log out and log back in

It will take a few minutes to re-sync your information but should resolve many potential issues.

If that does not work, you can use the Edge wallet. Edge wallet uses the same credentials as RockItCoin wallet. So you can use that login to get to your digital wallet located on the Edge wallet app
